(Trong các vận động viên Việt Nam, Ánh Viên là một trong những đỉnh của đỉnh).


Cò is clearly the best in the world at dancing.

(Cò rõ ràng là người nhảy giỏi nhất thế giới).


Cách thứ 2: a league là một giải đấu, và chúng ta có cụm từ: in a league of (one’s)/ its own nôm na là ở một tầm cao mới, một đẳng cấp khác so với phần còn lại.

Example: Liverpool is in a league of its own.

CLB Liverpool đang ở một đẳng cấp khác hẳn so với phần còn lại


Cách thứ 3: unrivaled/ unrivalled (Anh Anh - Anh Mỹ) nghĩa là tốt hơn mọi thứ .

The restaurant enjoys an unrivaled position overlooking T’Nung lake.

(Nhà hàng này có vị trí đắc địa nhất, nhìn ra hồ T’Nưng)


Cách thứ 4: unmatched - không có đối thủ xứng tầm

Her beauty is unmatched. 

(Vẻ đép của cô ấy không có đối thủ).


Cách thứ 5, cách hay nhất, tham khảo từ thầy Vũ - Tiến sĩ ngôn ngữ.


Xuất phát từ cụm từ tiếng Pháp: “la crème de la crème” (khi nói về một thứ/ người nào đó có giá trị nhất, đỉnh nhất), 


Nguồn gốc của cụm từ tiếng Pháp “la crème de la crème” xuất phát từ nông trại Pháp ngày xưa. Sau khi lấy sữa từ bò thì phần váng sữa ở bên trên cùng có giá trị nhất, có thể được dùng để làm nhiều loại bánh khác nhau, gọi là “la crème de la crème”.


người Anh tạm dịch thành “The cream of the crop” hoặc “The cream of the cream”. 


Như vậy đỉnh của chóp sẽ là “the cream of the crop” nhưng muốn nói cho “sang chảnh” hơn thì mình cũng có thể sử dụng luôn cụm từ gốc, “(the) la crème de la crème” (Toàn tiếng Pháp, có mỗi từ the là tiếng Anh)



Nói tóm lại, các bạn khi đi thi IELTS mà sử dụng được cụm từ này thì đúng là the crème de la crème ^^


(Tất nhiên vẫn còn nhiều cách nữa nhưng mai dậy sớm đi làm rồi nên viết đến đây thôi).
